VA Imaging MARS-561-207GTM 1/2" Monochrome CMOS (Gpixel GMAX2505) Camera, 5.5 Megapixels, 2992 x 2160, 207 fps, Global Shutter, C-Mount, 10GigE Output
10GIGE VISION CAMERA GMAX2505
The Mars 10GigE lineup features an industrial-grade 10GigE vision camera equipped with a 10GigE connection. This interface is optimal for applications requiring high resolution and/or rapid imaging over cable distances exceeding 5 meters. The 10GigE standard delivers speeds ten times greater than standard GigE Ethernet cameras and doubles the throughput of USB3.
This particular 10 GigE camera is suitable for scenarios matching these criteria:
- An industrial camera designed for high-speed or high-resolution capture
- Cable runs up to 100 meters using Cat6a or superior cabling
- Cost-effective and straightforward cable installation
- Physical dimensions measuring 60x60x54mm
Operation of this camera requires a 10GigE frame grabber. If your system lacks a 10GigE port, we suggest using the VA-PCIe4-10GP-1 frame grabber. For further technical details, please refer to the manual.
INDUSTRIAL 10GIGE CAMERA WITHOUT POE
The 10GigE camera series does NOT support Power over Ethernet (PoE). Ensure to order an appropriate I/O cable compatible with MARS cameras to supply power.
Monochrome Industrial Camera
A monochrome camera, also known as black and white, provides benefits across many industrial uses. While color cameras dominate security and communication markets, black and white cameras are preferred in industrial settings due to their higher sensitivity to light, sharper image output, and reduced data size compared to color cameras. This makes them well-suited for image processing tasks. By choosing the correct illumination wavelength and lens filters, specific product features can be emphasized, enabling the capture of high-contrast, high-resolution images with a monochrome camera.
MTBF, WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Daheng Imaging manufactures over 100,000 industrial cameras annually, adhering to stringent quality standards. The mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 400,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years of continuous operation). These industrial cameras are TÜV Rheinland certified and come with a 3-year warranty. Each camera model remains available for a minimum of 7 years following its market release, with many models having significantly longer life spans.
