All shipments are made EXWORKS (EXW) our dock Hingham, Massachusetts 02043 USA. Recipient is responsible for all Customs Fees/Duties/Taxes due if any.
In the event goods are returned to RMA Electronics for any reason including non-payment of such fees, Customer will be billed return freight imposed on RMA Electronics by Shipper in addition to restocking fees. Customer will also be liable for cost of any damage of goods caused during return shipment.
Any taxes and/or duties associated with your order will NOT be included in your online total and are not the responsibility of RMA Electronics, Inc. UPS or FedEx will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees - should any apply, at time of delivery. As RMA Electronics, Inc. has no control over such taxes or charges, they are not calculated in your online order total.
