VA Imaging MARS-2621-42GTM 1.1" Monochrome CMOS (Gpixel GMAX0505) Camera, 26.2 Megapixels, 5120 x 5120, 42 fps, Global Shutter, C-Mount, 10GigE Output
10GIGE VISION CAMERA GMAX0505
The Mars 10GigE lineup consists of industrial-grade 10GigE vision cameras equipped with a 10GigE connection. This interface is optimal for applications requiring high-resolution or high-speed imaging, especially when cable lengths exceed 5 meters. Compared to standard GigE ethernet cameras, 10GigE delivers ten times the speed and doubles the transfer rate of USB3.
This particular 10 GigE camera model suits your needs if your application meets the following criteria:
- Industrial camera with high speed or high resolution capabilities
- Supports cable runs up to 100 meters using cat6a or superior cables
- Cost-effective and straightforward cable installation
- Single cable connection suffices to power and communicate with the camera
- Physical dimensions measure 60x60x54mm
Operation of this camera requires a 10GigE framegrabber. If your PC lacks a 10GigE port, we suggest using the framegrabber VA-PCIe4-10GP-1. Additional information can be found in the user manual.
INDUSTRIAL 10GIGE CAMERA WITHOUT POE
The 10GigE camera series DOES NOT support Power over Ethernet (PoE). Please ensure you order a compatible I/O cable designed for MARS cameras to supply power.
Monochrome Industrial Camera
A monochrome camera, also referred to as a black and white camera, provides benefits across multiple industrial applications. While color cameras dominate security and telecommunications markets, monochrome cameras are preferred in industrial settings due to their higher light sensitivity, sharper image quality, and reduced data volume compared to color cameras. This makes them ideal for efficient image processing. By choosing appropriate lighting colors and lens filters, monochrome cameras can maximize contrast and resolution for detailed imaging.
MTBF, WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Daheng Imaging manufactures over 100,000 industrial cameras annually, adhering to stringent quality standards. The mean time between failure (MTBF) exceeds 400,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years of continuous operation). These industrial cameras carry TÜV Rheinland certification and include a 3-year warranty. Each model remains available for a minimum of 7 years following release, with many maintaining longer product lifespans.
