The MARS-2625-150X2C-NF represents a high-resolution 26-megapixel CoaXPress industrial camera engineered for sophisticated machine vision tasks. Industrial color camera

A color camera employs a Bayer filter array to generate color images. The RGB color for each pixel is derived by combining the pixel’s own value with those of adjacent pixels. This interpolation leads to images that are less sharp compared to those from monochrome cameras. Because of the RGB filter overlay, each pixel captures approximately 66% fewer photons under white light conditions than a monochrome sensor, resulting in reduced light sensitivity. To address this limitation, the following adjustments can be made:

• Enhance illumination levels
• Increase camera gain
• Extend shutter speed or exposure duration
• Choose a sensor with higher light sensitivity
• Opt for a lens with greater light-gathering capability Compared to security cameras and webcams, industrial color cameras feature larger, more light-sensitive pixels, delivering superior image quality.
