VA Imaging MARS-2020-42GTM 1.1" Monochrome CMOS (Sony IMX541) Camera, 20.3 Megapixels, 4512 x 5412, 42 fps, Global Shutter, C-Mount, 10GigE Output
10GIGE VISION CAMERA IMX541
The Mars 10GigE lineup represents an industrial-grade 10GigE vision camera equipped with a 10GigE connection. This interface is optimal for applications requiring either high resolution or rapid imaging speeds, especially when cable lengths exceed 5 meters. Compared to standard GigE ethernet cameras, 10GigE delivers speeds 10 times faster and doubles the speed of USB3.
This MARS-2020-42GTM model is suited for scenarios meeting the following criteria:
- An industrial camera designed for high-speed or high-resolution capture
- Cable runs up to 100 meters using cat6a or superior cabling
- Cost-effective and straightforward cable setup
- Physical dimensions: 60x60x54mm
Operation requires a 10GigE frame grabber. If your PC lacks a 10GigE port, we suggest using the frame grabber VA-PCIe4-10GP-1. Additional information is available in the manual.
INDUSTRIAL 10GIGE CAMERA WITHOUT POE
The 10GigE camera series does NOT include Power over Ethernet (PoE). Please ensure to order an appropriate I/O cable compatible with MARS cameras to supply power.
Monochrome Industrial Camera
A monochrome camera, also referred to as a black and white camera, provides benefits across various industrial uses. While color cameras dominate security and telecommunications, monochrome cameras are preferred in industrial environments due to their higher light sensitivity, sharper image output, and reduced data size compared to color models. This makes them well-suited for image processing tasks. By choosing the right lighting wavelength and lens filters, product features can be accentuated, enabling the capture of high-contrast, high-resolution images with monochrome sensors.
MTBF, WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Daheng Imaging manufactures over 100,000 industrial cameras annually, adhering to stringent quality standards. The mean time between failure (MTBF) exceeds 400,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years of continuous operation). These industrial cameras carry TÜV Rheinland certification and come with a 3-year warranty. Each camera model remains available for a minimum of 7 years post-launch, with many models supported for even longer.
