Industrial Color Imaging Camera

Color cameras utilize a Bayer filter array to generate colored images. The RGB values for each pixel are computed by analyzing that pixel s data along with neighboring pixel values. This process results in images that are less sharp compared to those from monochrome cameras.
Because of the RGB filter on each pixel, under white light conditions, each pixel receives approximately 66% fewer photons than a monochrome sensor, making color cameras less sensitive to light. To address this limitation, the following strategies can be employed:
- Increase illumination intensity
