VA Imaging MARS-900-120GTM 2/3" Monochrome CMOS (Sony GMAX2509) Camera, 9 Megapixels, 4192 x 2160, 120 fps, Global Shutter, C-Mount, 10GigE Output
10GIGE VISION CAMERA GMAX2509
The Mars 10GigE lineup features an industrial-grade 10GigE vision camera equipped with a 10GigE connection. This interface is optimal for applications requiring high resolution and/or rapid imaging over cable lengths exceeding 5 meters. The 10GigE interface delivers speeds 10 times greater than standard GigE Ethernet cameras and twice as fast as USB3.
This particular 10 GigE camera is suitable if your application meets the following criteria:
- A high-performance industrial camera designed for either high speed or high resolution
- Supports cable lengths up to 100 meters using cat6a or superior cabling
- Offers cost-effective and straightforward cable installation
- Physical dimensions measure 60x60x54mm
This camera requires a compatible 10GigE frame grabber. If your PC lacks a 10GigE port, we suggest the VA-PCIe4-10GP-1 frame grabber. For additional information, please refer to the user manual.
INDUSTRIAL 10GIGE CAMERA WITHOUT POE
The 10GigE camera series does NOT include Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality. Ensure you order an appropriate I/O cable designed for MARS cameras to supply power.
Monochrome Industrial Camera
A monochrome, or black and white, camera provides benefits across numerous industrial applications. While color cameras dominate security and telecommunications markets, monochrome cameras are preferred in industrial settings due to their enhanced light sensitivity, sharper image output, and reduced data volume compared to color cameras. These factors make monochrome cameras ideal for image processing. By choosing the proper illumination wavelength and lens filter, specific product features can be emphasized, enabling the capture of high-contrast, high-resolution images with a monochrome camera.
MTBF, WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
Daheng Imaging manufactures over 100,000 industrial cameras annually, adhering to stringent quality standards. The mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 400,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years of continuous operation). These industrial cameras carry TÜV Rheinland certification and come with a 3-year warranty. Each camera model remains available for a minimum of 7 years following its market release, with many models supported for significantly longer.
