10GIGE VISION CAMERA IMX542

The Mars 10GigE lineup features an industrial-grade 10GigE vision camera equipped with a 10GigE connection. This interface is optimal for applications requiring high-resolution and/or high-speed imaging, especially when cable runs exceed 5 meters. The 10GigE interface delivers speeds 10 times faster than standard GigE Ethernet cameras and twice as fast as USB3.
This MARS-1610-52GTM model suits your needs if your project matches these criteria:

  • An industrial camera designed for high-speed or high-resolution capture
  • Supports cable lengths up to 100 meters using cat6a or superior cabling
  • Cost-effective and straightforward cable installation
  • Physical dimensions of 60x60x54mm

The camera requires a 10GigE framegrabber card. If your system lacks a 10GigE port, we suggest using the framegrabber VA-PCIe4-10GP-1. For additional information, please refer to the user manual.

INDUSTRIAL 10GIGE CAMERA WITHOUT POE

The 10GigE camera series does NOT include Power over Ethernet (PoE). Ensure you order an appropriate I/O cable compatible with MARS cameras to supply power.

Monochrome Industrial Camera

A monochrome camera, also known as a black and white camera, provides benefits across multiple applications. While color cameras dominate security and telecommunication markets, industrial sectors prefer monochrome cameras for their higher light sensitivity, sharper image output, and reduced data volume compared to color cameras. This makes them well-suited for image processing tasks. By choosing the right lighting wavelength and lens filters, specific product features can be emphasized, enabling the capture of high-contrast, high-resolution images with monochrome sensors.

MTBF, WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE

Daheng Imaging manufactures over 100,000 industrial cameras annually, adhering to stringent quality standards. The mean time between failures (MTBF) exceeds 400,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years of continuous operation). These industrial cameras hold TÜV Rheinland certification and come with a 3-year warranty. Each camera model remains available for at least 7 years following its market release, with many models enjoying significantly longer product lifespans.
