Cash refunds within seven (7) days only. After seven (7) days and within thirty (30) days, merchandise credit only. After thirty (30) days, merchandise credit only at the discretion of RMA Electronics, Inc.  There will be a 20% restocking charge on any item returned except for defective merchandise or unless waived by RMA Electronics, Inc.  No refunds or exchanges on software, computers, or special orders.

General Shopping Policies

Shipping: Standard shipping is UPS Ground. During the ordering process you have the option to select either 2nd Day Air (UPS Blue/FedEx 2-Day) or Overnight (UPS Red/FedEx Priority).  All international orders are shipped via FedEx International.
